The Regional Business Conference (RBC) for the first quarter of 2017 of Advent Pharma Limited were arranged at four different locations covering Advent’s total business territories spreading over four different geographical regions of the country namely Region – A , Region – B , Region – C & Region – D respectively.
The rationale behind holding of such Regional Business Conferences is that these are smaller , lower – profile sales meetings involving employees in a defined geographical region. These meetings are valuable way of maintaining personal contact between the organization and its sales teams and provide opportunity to sales teams to be fully aware of company policies , products and supports. These sales meetings equip representatives with the skills and knowledge to do their job effectively. The regional sales conference also play a key role in motivating sales teams and building team spirit —- which is an important factor for people who spend most of their time working alone. Holding of Regional Business meetings create bonding of organization with field force and provide them positive message to think that their organization cares about them.
